3 ounces Hangar 1 Mandarin Blossom Vodka ¾ ounce thyme simple syrup 4 drops ginger tea bitters (or any spiced bitters) 2 fresh mandarins Thyme sprig for garnish
PREPARATION:Preheat oven to high on broil. Slice mandarins thinly and spread out on baking sheet. Sprinkle with coconut sugar. Place in oven and broil until charred, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. In cocktail shaker, add ice cubes and then add vodka, syrup and bitters. Shake vigorously and pour. Garnish with thyme sprig and charred mandarin. Serve immediately.
