3 ounces Hangar 1 Fog Point Vodka 1/2 ounce dry vermouth Fennel fronds Fennel pollen (optional) Ice
PREPARATION:First, fill coupe glass with ice to chill. In a cocktail shaker, add 3 ounces of Fog Point Vodka, 1/2 ounce of dry vermouth, and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously. Pour the ice out from the serving coupe, and strain contents of shaker into chilled glass. Garnish with a fresh fennel frond and fennel pollen. Serve immediately.
