Pear Cider Mule by Dionna Mash

2 ounces Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 1 ounce fresh lime juice 1/2 ounce ginger simple syrup Hard or regualr pear cider Splash tonic water Bosc pear and cinnamon sticks for garnish


Fill mule mug with ice. Add Hangar 1 Straight Vodka, lime juice, ginger simple syrup (simmer sugar, water, and ginger), then hard pear cider; stir to mix.

For a lower alcohol version use a non-alcoholic pear or apple cider (can be store bought or homemade), then add a splash of tonic for fizz; stir to mix. Garnish with slices of Bosc pear and cinnamon sticks.
