Fenn & Tonic

2 oz Hangar 1 Fennel Vodka 4 oz Fever Tree tonic water ½ oz simple syrup, or to taste Rhubarb bitters (optional)

PREPARATION:

Combine the vodka, tonic and simple syrup in a glass with ice and stir. Add 2 dashes rhubarb bitters, and garnish with a fennel frond.
