2 Oz Bentwing Brandy Orange Zest 4-6 Mint Leaves Ginger Ale 2 dashes Angostura bitters

PREPARATION:

Muddle orange zest and mint leaves in a shaker. Add bentwing and ice and stir. Pour over ice in a collins glass. Top with ginger ale and angostura. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
