This water is then blended with vodka crafted solely from the distilled wine of California's Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc + Viognier. 2 1/2 oz Hangar 1 Fog Point Vodka 1/2 oz dry vermouth 3 drops saline solution (dissolve 1 part kosher salt into 4 parts water) Garnish with Meyer lemon twistPREPARATION:
Add the vodka, dry vermouth, and saline solution into a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a Nick and Nora glass, garnish and serve.share this:

First, fill coupe glass with ice to chill. In a cocktail shaker, add 3 ounces of Fog Point Vodka, 1/2 ounce of dry vermouth, and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously. Pour the ice out from the serving coupe, and strain contents of shaker into chilled glass. Garnish with a fresh fennel frond and fennel pollen. Serve immediately.share this:
