Mandarin Cooler by Joshua Perez

1 ounce Hangar 1 Mandarin Blossom Vodka 1 ounce sweet vermouth 3⁄4 ounce fresh lemon juice 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup 2 dashes Angostura bitters and soda water

PREPARATION:

Add all ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker. Briefly shake with ice and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with soda water. Lightly stir to mix and garnish with a half orange wheel.
