4 ounces Hangar 1 Straight Vodka ½ teaspoon bitters ½ cup ginger kombucha 2 ounces Meyer lemon simple syrup Pink peppercorns, squeeze of fresh lemon juice & twist to garnishPREPARATION:
Combine ingredients, stir and strain over ice. Garnish with a few pink peppercorns and fresh lemon twist.
For simple syrup:
Juice of one lemon & rind, pith removed
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cinnamon stick Heat over medium heat to dissolve sugar. Strain before use.
