Brunch Cup by Hangar 1

1 ounce Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 2 ounces house vermouths (a blend of red and white wine macerated with herbs and citrus rinds) ¾ ounce lemon juice 3 slices English cucumber ¾ ounce spicy ginger syrup* 1.5 ounce seltzer Mint, as garnish

PREPARATION:

Muddle lemon juice and cucumber. Add ingredients and shake. Strain over ice and top with soda and mint garnish. *Ginger syrup is cold-pressed ginger juice blended with 2 to 1 simple syrup.
