Chill your glass by adding ice to fill, set aside.
In a shaker, add ice to fill, then add 3/4 oz. of fresh squeezed lime juice, 2 oz. of Hangar 1 Straight Vodka, 2 oz. of pomegranate juice, and 3/4 oz. of rosemary-infused simple syrup*. Shake vigorously to dilute and blend.
Strain shaker into chilled highball filled with ice and garnish with a rosemary sprig. Enjoy! To make a simple syrup, add equal parts water and cane sugar to a pot on medium low heat. Stir to dissolve sugar, and when mixture goes clear, remove from heat and add your chosen botanicals to infuse. For this recipe, we used 1/4 oz. each of water and sugar, and 3-4 fresh-cut rosemary sprigs. Allow to cool, then refrigerate with botanicals until ready to use. Strain botanicals as needed, or remove with tweezers or tongs, and the herb-infused simple syrup is ready for use.
