2 oz Hangar 1 Rosé Vodka 2 oz rhubarb syrup 2 oz ginger beer 1/2 lime, juiced Ice 1 mint leaf, garnish
PREPARATION:Add a handful of ice to the cocktail shaker. Add rhubarb syrup, Hangar 1 Rosé Vodka, and the lime juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe or copper mug then top with ginger beer. Garnish with a mint leaf and enjoy!
