1 ounce Hangar 1 Buddha's Hand Citron Vodka 1⁄2 ounce fresh lemon juice 1⁄2 ounce honey syrup* 2 ounces California sparkling wine
PREPARATION:Add ingredients into shaker, except sparkling wine. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled flute glass. Top cocktail with sparkling California wine. Garnish with a long lemon peel.
*Honey syrup = 3 parts honey to 1 part hot water.
