Grilled Pineapple & Jalapeño Caipiroska Recipe

2 ounces Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 3 ounces grilled pineapple 1 ounce grilled jalapeño 1 ounce sugar

PREPARATION:

Caipiroska also goes by the name of Caipirinha; either way, this drink is delicious. In a cocktail shaker, muddle pineapple, jalapeño and sugar. Add vodka, shake. Pour into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with a slice of grilled pineapple and jalapeño. Serve immediately.
