2 ounces Hangar 1 Buddha's Hand Citron Vodka 3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano 1/2 ounce fennel sage syrup 1/2 ounce Suze liqueur 1/2 fresh lemon 2 dashes Bolivar bitters 1 ounce soda water
PREPARATION:Shake and strain over ice and top with soda water.
For fennel sage syrup:
1 small bundle sage
1 bunch fresh fennel
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
Simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Strain out botanicals and refrigerate.
