9 ounces Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 3 ounces pear liqueur 4 1⁄2 ounces lemon juice 4 1⁄2 ounces Honey Syrup* 1 1⁄2 ounces allspice dram 6 ounces California sparkling wine 6 ounces seltzer water Lemon peel, peeled from one whole lemon

PREPARATION:

Add all ingredients in punch bowl over large block ice. Stir vigorously and top with sparkling wine and seltzer. Garnish with fresh sliced pears, lemon wheels spiked with cloves, whole star anise & freshly grated cinnamon.
*Honey syrup = 3 parts honey to 1 part hot water.
