1 cup Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 1/2 cup loosely packed chopped dill (fronds and stems) 2 ounces dill - infused Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 1/4 ounce aquavit 3/4 ounce dry vermouth 1 teaspoon olive brine Ice Green olive (to garnish)

PREPARATION:

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: N/A Total Time: 15 minutes Yield: 1 cocktail Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: N/A Total time: 15 minutes DIRECTIONS 1. Make the dill-infused vodka: In a small bowl, combine the vodka and dill. Cover with plastic wrap and let infuse overnight in the fridge. Strain, making sure to press and squeeze the dill to extract all the flavor and liquid. Discard the dill. 2. Make the cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine the dill-infused Hangar 1 Vodka along with the aquavit, vermouth and olive brine. Add the ice and stir for 20 to 30 seconds or until the shaker is frosty. Strain into a coupe glass, then garnish with an olive and serve.
