1 oz Hangar 1 Vodka 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 1/2 oz Honey Syrup of Agave 2 oz California Sparkling Wine

PREPARATION:

Shake vodka, lemon, honey over ice. Strain and pour into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon twist. Glass: Flute Garnish: Lemon Twist
