Batter Up Basil Recipe

1 1/2 ounces Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 4 slices of organic nectarine 4 fresh basil leaves 1/2 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice 1/2 ounce simple syrup (1:1 water to sugar) 1 1/2 ounce sparkling water Sprig of fresh basil

PREPARATION:

Add nectarine slices, basil, lemon juice and simple syrup to the bottom of a mixing glass and muddle gently. Add Hangar 1 Straight Vodka and fill mixing glass with ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled tumbler (or mason jar). Garnish with a fresh sprig of basil.
