5 oz of tomato juice 2 oz Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon or lime juice A few dashes (or more) of hot sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce 2–3 pinches of Old Bay seasoning 1 teaspoon of horseradish Prawns (cooked) Crab Legs (cooked) Olives Cornichons Tomatoes Celery Sticks Lemon Wedges Fresh Dill
PREPARATION:In a cocktail shaker or large pitcher (if making a batch) stir together tomato juice, lemon or lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, Old Bay seasoning, and Hangar 1 Straight Vodka. Taste test for seasoning and serve over ice. Garnish off each cocktail with a skewer of prawns, crab legs, celery sticks, olives, lemon wedges, cornichons, tomatoes and fresh dill for a seafood spin!
