1 1/2 oz Hangar 1 Honeycomb Vodka 3 oz fresh pear juice 6 oz sparkling water ice 1 oz red wine Thinly sliced pear for garnish

PREPARATION:

Combine the Hangar 1 Honeycomb Vodka, pear juice, sparkling water, and ice in a cocktail pitcher and stir. Strain into a glass. Pour the red wine over the back of a spoon to finish the drink. Garnish with pear and serve.
