Spiced Pear Martini

1 part Hangar 1 Straight Vodka 2 parts pear juice Simple syrup to taste Prosecco, to top Pear Slices for garnish Spices (cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, pinch of nutmeg) for garnish

PREPARATION:

Fill a pitcher with Hangar 1 Vodka, pear juice, and simple syrup and stir. Chill until ready to serve. Pour into chilled martini glass. Top with chilled Prosecco. Garnish with pear slice and spices.
